The SLM 125 selective laser melting machine offers a compact build envelope designed for cost-efficient process development and small to medium lot production of high-quality, fully dense metal parts.

The SLM®125 is an entry-level machine that offers a printing volume of 125 x 125 x 125 mm, hence its name, and provides more accessibility than other metal solutions. It uses the powder bed laser fusion process, which relies on a standard 400W fiber laser.

The compact SLM®125 Selective Laser Melting metal 3D printer offers a build envelope of 125 x 125 x 125 mm or reduced to 50 x 50 x 50 mm with a single 400W fiber laser.

The smallest machine in the SLM Solutions’ lineup, the SLM® 125 packs many of the top-quality features of the larger models in a compact footprint. The machine utilises an optimised gas filtration process with an adjustable gas flow system and optimal process properties with minimised gas consumption.
