Jan 19, 2023 · If you play SFB long enough, you will inevitably come up with ideas for new ships or improved versions of existing ships. Eventually, you will try to make SSDs out of those ideas and, if you are foolish and persistent enough, put them up on the web. Here are my offerings. All of these ships are my inventions.

Oct 9, 2024 · Starting from the SFU home page, if you click "Star Fleet Battles," then "Player Resources," then "Federation Commander Downloads," you can find a couple of articles that give some guidelines for converting SFB SSDs for use in FC (sorry for all the abreviations). Its width made it a little awkward to put on an electronic SSD, but I managed to rearrange everything. It came out surprisingly close to the ADB's Lyran BB as well. Makes you wonder if they didn't start from the same premise I did, just evolved in a different direction.
