SBIH is a kill PMC quest, and all PMCs are dead or gone in 30 minutes out of the 50 of a Streets raid. I have no issues with the default numbers of AI, and my PC would struggle with more. Donuts does spawn waves of PMCs unless you set it to Starting PMCs Only, which I mentioned I do in the original post.
