SAP Queries are always accessible to all members of your own user group. However, they can also be assigned to other user groups. Before you can create a query, three basic prerequisites must be fulfilled (usually by the system administrator):

Analytical queries are central objects of SAP S4/HANA embedded analytics. KPIs, Multidimensional Reports, and the Analysis Path Framework all consume analytical queries. SAP provides a large number of ready-made analytical queries for all lines of business.
