Dinan bores each of the M3's eight individual throttle bodies to a larger internal diameter, increasing air flow area by a full 8%. The larger bore improves air-flow to the combustion chamber for further increases in power, as well as more immediate throttle response. The Dinan throttle bodies are matched on a Superfl.

They might even provide a small advantage in flow at higher RPM's where real Sxx motors are designed to shine, but they will not yield measurable gains; power comes from the head design.

Aug 24, 2018 · ITB's are used in a lot of performance orientated engines. It's superiors as it allows even air flow to each cylinder and it usually allows greater airflow to each cylinder allowing for greater power outputs.

Apr 1, 2010 · My M62B44 has M5 ITB with custom fuel rail. 515 HP at crank. So, yes, ITB can be installed. Engine has cable throttle via geartronic auto blip to control downshifting Holinger SG6. Fun car to drive. I can send photos if needed.
