I raced for ryco for a bit and then ended up with pay to win. Have won many many many top split races with both shops. Pay to win is super cheap. If you’re under 2500 IR then vrs and majors etc will be plenty. Those setups are designed to be drivable by as many people as possible.

Nov 9, 2021 · Have you tried the iRacing Open sets recently? Really pretty good. Unless you are 4000+ iRating, the iRacing sets will be competitive. I see no point in most drivers devoting lots of time and money to setups when their driving skill is the fastest, easiest, and most productive to improve to gain speed.

Aug 2, 2022 · I use the iRacing setups, then read the effect of each setting and tweak as necessary to get the car dialed in to my liking. I’m in the top 10-15 in the world in MX5 advanced, and I use the iRacing “advanced” setup, with a soft front sway bar instead of medium.

Nov 9, 2022 · In the end all the setups come down to personal preference and community. The setups themselves are mostly about the same speed wise. Some shops win more races but it comes down to the drivers mostly. A lot of those wins are pro level house drivers racking up the high SOF wins. Some of the reputable ones are ryco, epi, pay2win. Yes HYMO is track titan. They normally do setups for ACC but branched out to iRacing. HYMO setups are normally very aggressive. They can be very twitchy and over steer more than others. Look at Apex Racing as well. 2 nice options on the lower end. If you are into GT3 or GTP they have very nice setups. The guy that does the GTP setups is a 10k ...

Dec 5, 2022 · If you have Amazon Prime, you can link your Twitch account to Prime and subscribe to Craig’s Setup Shop (on PC, doesn’t work on mobile) for no additional cost. It’s the best bang for buck. Or just get the free Baseline+ setups from Major’s Garage. Or keep using the iRacing setups, which have improved immensely over the last 2 years.
Oval Open Set (Xfinity) Racers - RYCO, EPI, or Pay2win?
Sep 12, 2023 · Currently, I am using the top tier VRS setups (ATLUS/APEX) but I am getting my ass kicked on the long run. They aren't bad on the short run, but I struggle keeping up after 20-30 laps. I think I narrowed my other options down to either RYCO, EPI, or Pay2win. Has anyone used VRS in the past and switched to one of these other options?

Either way, the provide telemetry files, videos, setups, and more for $10 USD/month per class type (road, oval, dirt road, and dirt oval) Previously used Craig’s setup shop.
