Nov 16, 2023 · You are correct, In Acrobat, you can go to Tools> Edit a pdf> select the object you want to edit, click and hold on the small blue circle to rotate the object from the center, or, click and hold on any of the other circles to rotate the object around that point. Mar 28, 2017 · If you are using Reader to open your PDF docs, you can not rotate pages. You can only rotate your view. Think of this as a book sitting on a 'lazy susan'. You can spin it around to look at it in any way, but it doesn't change the book at all. See screenshot below.

Sep 8, 2016 · There are two functions: Rotate View and Rotate Document. Rotate view just rotates it on the screen, like you would turn a piece of paper on the desk for a better look at some element. You have not changed the document orientation and if anyone has the Rotate view controls, they can do that if needed. so Rotate view settings are not saved.

For your kind information, what I am sucessfully doing now is this: rotate 90° the whole document and next create Text boxes (horizontal). Clumpsy, but it hits the target, keeping low the file size.

Oct 9, 2012 · I think you are rotating the PDFs from View and rotate. it would only change the current View of the PDF. Kindly click on Tools on the right hand side > Pages > Rotate. then save the PDF. Let me know if it helps. ~Pranav
