Jan 2, 2008 · Rosette Rivets are used on the VIN and they are not available to the public. There is very limited availability to them. Your State Police or County Sheriff's department are in possession of them. They have a set of procedures and paperwork that need to be followed for moving a VIN from one piece of sheet metal to another.

Mar 9, 2010 · Ted. Just document the repair work with pics. Use Regular pop rivets because the dash will cover up the rivets when installed. Why spend the money on the rivets?

I need to drill out the old rivets but I don't know what to use and how to attach it to the new dash.:confused...
