At the University of Rochester Invitational Sunday, RIT sophomore Sadie Rose lowered her own program record winning the 400 with an Atlantic Region Championships qualifying time of 56.01. She also lowered her own program record winning the 200 finishing in 24.50 and qualifying for the Atlantic Region Championships.
