Jan 8, 2023 · tried Ramen Sage at Il Corso and I’m really liking their pared down menu. They did their homework right 😂 they only serve kotteri (thick) ramen- tonkotsu and miso. Their side dishes are what’s commonly found in ramen shops in Japan- gyoza, karaage, plain rice and chahan.

I was getting bored with all the tonkotsu shoyu Ramen offered here, so i tried this. If you're not fond of garlic and chili, this is not for you. But the flavor is amazing! the price was 299 only! no wonder why people comparing this to yoshuken but for me this has more flavor not just plain shoyu taste and wa gyud bidli!
