In my country, some pre-built vendors are already selling these 3050 cards as if they were 8 GB version, by either not mentioning the VRAM on it, or making a tiny note that's likely to missed, while charging 3050 8 GB price for the build. nVidia should've really named this RTX 3040 or something. Some consumer are gonna be fooled into paying more for less.

Apr 26, 2023 · Performance-wise, the RTX 3050 performs similarly to a GTX 1080, while the GTX 1650 performs slightly worse than a GTX 1060. So, if your computer can power it, the RTX 3050 would be worth saving for.
