Kyle Kipka joined the PRYSM Marketing team in January 2019 after working 5 years as a sales rep in the home remodeling industry. Kyle represents PRYSM in the Upper-Midwest territory and is a lifelong resident of St. Paul, Minnesota and an avid hunter and fisherman.

In her current position as Sales Manager, she manages the PRYSM sales team through effective planning and forecasting. She supports all territories within PRYSM’s region while managing and training the inside sales team.

Lily Blaydon joined the PRYSM Marketing team in June 2019 as the administrative & marketing coordinator. After graduating college, she worked in the human resources field until she joined PRYSM. She currently resides near the Doylestown, PA headquarters.

Ron Robinson joined PRYSM Marketing, Inc. as a partner in January 2006. Ron has been in the window and insulated glass industry for over 20 years. Prior to joining PRYSM Marketing Inc., Ron worked as a regional sales engineer for Edgetech I.G. Inc. and production manager for a window manufacturing facility in WV.
