I want to change printer settings via Printing Preferences, but the option for color print has disappeared (only grayscale or monochrome) and there is no option for changing the order of print (to reverse), although the Printing Preferences link says these options are available.

However, whenever I shut down my PC (or reboot it), this setting switches itself back on.
