The Primordial Sea (原初の海, Gensho no Umi) [1] was the primordial realm that existed before the founding of the Three Worlds. This realm served as the home of Adnyeus, the being that would become known as the Soul King.

According to Ichibē Hyōsube, over a million years prior to the Soul King's ultimate demise, all of existence was a single, chaotic, primordial world overrun by Hollows that preyed upon the world's denizens.

Ikomikidomoe appears in Bleach: Brave Souls during Hikone’s ultimate attack; Hikone uses Ikomikidomoe’s second release and summons his giant Hollow form, releasing a large burst of energy that creates several tornadoes.

tl;dr: if there was any primordial Hollows around strong enough to be on Yhwach/Ichibei's level, the Soul King either killed them or the Royal Guard did at some point.
