Until now, the only Pokédex in Pokémon HOME was the National Pokédex. But starting from version 2.0.0, the Pokédex from each game will be added. Pokémon in your Boxes in Pokémon HOME will be registered in their respective game’s Pokédex after version 2.0.0 of Pokémon HOME is installed.

If you complete your Paldea Pokédex, Kitakami Pokédex, and Blueberry Pokédex, you’ll receive a Shiny Meloetta in the mobile device version of Pokémon HOME. To receive this Pokémon, you must complete all three of those Pokédexes, then confirm your completion in the Games tab of Pokémon HOME.

This information is available even if that Pokémon hasn’t been registered in your National Pokédex in Pokémon HOME.
