Pog comes from Twitch, meaning "player of [the] game", which then evolved into poggers and other variations. Basically just means good or cool, but there's probably some more nuance to it that a teenager could explain

Sep 11, 2020 · It seems like the more recent meaning of pog/poggers has shifted to a convenient backronym for play of (the) game. My guess is that it happened during esports events with longer, team-based matches (like Counterstrike or League of Legends) where single players have more opportunity to make a play that stands out.

Today “pog” almost definitely refers to the emote on Twitch of an excited man being amazed. To be poggers is to be mind blowing (so as to warrant the PogChamp emote) I always thought the emote was ripped from some tournament event of this 90s fad: Wikipedia - milk caps
