If the item is already 6 socketed, you'll need to benchcraft it into less sockets before using it. Then there is a bench recipe for 6L. You can find it I think in Delve, and it costs 1500 fusings. Or you can trust your luck.

Dec 18, 2023 · Strongboxes, Expedition or Vaal side ares are good for random corrupted 6 links. Expedition can even yield a lot of uncorrupted ones. Heist ist also a good place to get 6 links in ssf afaik. Legion can give you an Incubator that drops a 6 links armour. Unique armours can be corrupted and 6 linked via tainted currency, yada yada.

Jan 14, 2023 · I have troubles getting 6-link armour on SSF in 3.20. Maybe they changed drop rates of things in 3.19 and 3.20 I don't know. I spent all my fusings still no 6-link. Jul 12, 2021 · Chris Wilson confirmed that when an item bricks to random rare item, it rerolls the sockets and links with exactly even weighting. So, taking a 1/4 chance for an item to turn into a randomised rare, 1/6 chance to get six sockets, and 1/6 chance to get six links, then given that we have dropped any Body Armour, then 1/4 * 1/6 * 1/6 = 1/144
