Whether or not Plo Koon survived Order 66, his mask was most likely damaged beyond what we see here.

Maul survived being cut in half. Plo Koon was blown to smithereens. The vacuum of space doesn’t burn you alive. Palpatine also did die; he was just cloned & his soul possessed that body. He even says so himself that he’s died before. As for Leia, who knows. But I do know that the vacuum of space is very different compared to an explosion.

Plo koon likely ejected from his ship, fled to his home planet and has remained with the Baran Do order until his appearance in the Ahsoka Tano series in 2022.

Oct 18, 2023 · Now before y'all pull the 'No shit Sherlock' card on me, I've got some potential evidence that Plo survived Order 66. During the said scene, when looking closely it's noticeable thst Plo's cockpit remains intact during the explosion. Put this with the fact that the Lego version of Plo's ship has an eject button.
