When I run the Plex Windows desktop client software, I find that the GPU used by Plex is Intel instead of Nvidia. I have tried to force Plex to use Nvidia GPU in the Windows display settings and the Nvidia control panel, but it didn’t work.

Dec 31, 2024 · If I were to buy a new client exclusively for Plex HTPC (and what it is replaced with), are there any that support HDR10+ ?? I am currently using a Windows 11 HTPC, works fine, but it is very big and does not support HDR10+. I am planning on buying a Playstation 5 Pro next year, but from what I have read, it seems that won’t make a very good Plex HTPC client. Any thoughts on that also welcome!
