Foam pigs and are used in swabbing, de-watering and pipeline cleaning within all industries that make use of pipelines for manufacturing or delivering products. Also known as poly pigs or foamies, foam pigs are manufactured using flexible, open-cell polyurethane foam.

Most PEI Foam Pigs are offered in sizes 2”-48”. The Foam Pig’s core is made from an open-cell polyfoam then coated or sealed with a 90 Shore A durometer urethane coating.

Because they are lightweight and flexible, foam pigs are able to negotiate uncommon piping, fittings, and valves. Standard sizes range from 2″ to 60″, with foam density options including light (1-2 lbs/ft3), medium (5-7 lbs/ft3), and heavy (8-10 lbs/ft3) density foam.
