Nov 27, 2022 · Just recently my iPhone 13 started making DTMF tones when I key in numbers on the phone dial pad. Lowering the volume with the side buttons only reduces the volume somewhat but doesn't turn it off. Settings>Sound&Haptics>Keyboard clicks>Off doesn't turn the tones off.

Jan 28, 2021 · When you get a phone call and it just has the banner, you can bring up the full screen phone app by either tapping on the contact name/phone number to the left of the call and end buttons, or swipe down on the phone banner at the top. Then when you have the full screen phone app opened, you can press the keypad button to bring up the dialer screen.

On the bottom of the screen, there is a Star for Favorites, a Clock for Recents, a Head for Contacts, a Blue Icon icon resembling a keypad for Keypad, and an Icon for Voicemail. The "Hide" text is missing. There's the issue. You are seeing a GREEN phone icon when on a call.

Jul 19, 2012 · I do not find backspace key or a delete key on numeric keypad during a call. How can I edit a mistyped number? If I m on a phone banking call then everytime i enter a wrong credit card number I need to call allover again. I cannot edit the number once typed. You may have observed it too.. That number can be any of those 3 or 4 letters, so 1 press of "2" corresponds to either an "A" "B" or "C". So dialing 1-800-555-APPL would be 1-800-555-2775 (just an example).
