Those headphones are in working condition. My both smartphones see them and paired successfully. This issue appeared after few automatic Windows updates. Before that they worked fine. I've tried to reach Philips forum, but I was told that issue is related to Windows drivers since headphones are working without issues with other devices.

Aug 12, 2022 · At the end, I uninstalled all existing drivers of both the headphones and mouse that I could find, then restarted the PC. The drivers has been reinstalled again and working, but it didn't fix the audio problem. I think this problem is about the Bluetooth interference with mouse and headphones, not a driver issue.
