Aug 5, 2024 · Here, we selected 19 woody species with a wide range of plant traits from different functional groups and conducted a 15 N isotope labelling experiment through brushing 15 NH 4+ and 15 NO 3− solution on canopy leaves. Our findings demonstrate that leaves can directly absorb N from wet deposition within a few hours.

As part of this system, K 4 PTC enhances the ECL signal in solution and supports Pb 2+ detection. The sequence of ferrocene (Fc)-linked DNA (DNA-Fc) is catalytically cleaved by DNAzymes in the presence of Pb 2+. This causes the removal of DNA1-Fc from the electrode surface to recover the ECL signal.
