Pendleton worked exclusively in wool until 1972, when they produced their first spring line. Blue Pendleton labels indicate men’s clothing, and white labels are on women’s. A Pendleton label that shows the Woolmark symbol dates from sometime after that symbol was introduced in 1964.

Jul 29, 2004 · I bought a Pendleton fall jacket (red & black plaid) on ebay and I LOVE it! I think it is 70's although it could be modern. There are several Pendleton labels on the label resource - I looked there before I bought mine.
