Yes I do. I'm an illustrator and started doing it back in the mid eighties when I worked at an illustration house. We all kept them there. I wear mine when I'm working. I wear glasses and tuck my pencil hanging down in front of my ear with the arm of my glasses pressing it against my head. Sounds weird, but it's always handy, and it works great!
