The older version was working fine for me. The ability to use the pen icon on microsoft edge was one of the main reasons why I got the surface pro! Please please please bring it back!

Test on known app. Reseat the AAAA battery in the pen, and test on known app (Change the battery in Surface Pen). Open pen and remove and reinstall the same battery to ensure good connection.
