Like someone mentioned on an earlier post, it's a mid 2000s Sony Walkman, the NW-S203F. It's no longer in production, so you'll have through look through eBay or something. There's also a newer version, the NWZ-B183F, but it looks different from the older model. We need new versions of his MP3 players for Modern-day.

Makoto's MP3 player is the Sony Walkman NW-S205. It's extremely hard to find. Occasionally there someone would be selling it on ebay but you usually need to change the battery.

It’s Walkman NW-E407 which you can buy from eBay either used for 50-70 USD or a brand new for 300 USD, and I’m not sure which are those headphones exactly, but a great alternative would be Audio Technica ATH-EQ300M in silver colour, they cost like 15 USD on Amazon I think.
