Short Bio: Hahrie Han is the Inaugural Director of the SNF Agora Institute, the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Professor of Political Science, and Faculty Director of the P3 Research Lab at Johns Hopkins University. She specializes in the study of organizing, movements, civic engagement, and democracy.

This report summarizes key lessons from P3's 2023-2024 Senior Organizer Seminar.

After a year of research, writing, and coalition building, the P3 Lab and Houston in Action (HiA) Team have found key learnings for organizers committed to the hard but essential processes of working together across difference.

This project, undertaken by the P3 Lab at Johns Hopkins University with support from the Movement Capacity Building Team of the Chan Zuckerberg Institute, seeks to summarize research about strategic capacity from a range of different disciplines.

The P3 Lab employs a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. We use mixed-method observational research as well as field experiments to test causal identification. We also have a large-scale computational project going on that draws on NLP and network tools.
