Sep 11, 2021 · I’m currently looking through all the quests in Act 3 on the wiki to make sure I don’t miss any. There is one listed there called “Dusk of Dragons”, it involves someone named Lathimas. I can’t find any more information about how to start the quest other than that. I don’t remember ever running into an NPC by that name either. Does anyone know what I’m missing?
