Nov 18, 2016 · Well, the company I'm buying from is in the US, but they appear to have another company in Ireland handle purchases, so when I buy the product, the charge comes from Ireland, and the One Vanilla cards only work in US or US territories, so even though they are charging me USD the fact that it comes from Ireland means they block it.
