Jul 10, 2012 · Stardoll was found by Liisa Wrang in 2004. Back then, Stardoll was known as Paperdoll Heaven. In Paperdoll Heaven all you could do was dress up celebrities. You couldn't make your own account and there was no such thing as "Fame, Fashion and Friends". Liisa still makes paperdolls which you could find on Stardoll. Paperdoll Heaven is still up today.

When Stardoll was created in 2004., it's original name was Paperdollheaven.com and it was the hobby of the Scandinavian-born, Liisa Wrang. Liisa was inspired by the childhood passion for paperdolls and because of that, she started drawing dolls and wardrobes and that's how she taught herself web design.

In old Stardoll, there weren't design masks, design wigs and design lips... Makeup was fashionable for dollies. Once the coolest thing was to use Superstar wigs. Yes, on Stardoll there have been great developments since then. Let's see how dollies have changed over the years. There have been really many big changes year after year.

I could totally design a better layout than this, these designs seem very amateur, like they're from a person who does myspace layouts.
