The flag of Okinawa Prefecture (Japanese: 沖縄県旗, Hepburn: Okinawa-ken ki, Okinawan: Uchināchin hata) is a white field charged in the center with the prefectural emblem, which consists of three circles stacked on top of each other.

There have been a number of attempts to create a flag of Ryukyu or Ryukyuan flag (Japanese: 琉球旗, Hepburn: Ryūkyū ki, Okinawan: Rūchū hata) to represent the Ryukyuan people, the Ryukyu Islands, or the former Ryukyu Kingdom. The first historical national symbol was a three-comma shape called the Hidari Gomon (左御紋).
