Feb 28, 2012 · Have you taken a look at the physical SQL generated by OBIEE? Maybe there are differences in milliseconds. Do you need to compare hours and minutes or would a comparison with CAST AS DATE function would work. Also, you don't mention why Evaluate doesn't work, have you adjusted the parameter in OBIEE configuration files to use the function? Regards

In the administration tool, I can query my data and update the rows, I can connect with the same credentials as the connection pool without problems in SQLPLUS. Users have the RESOURCE and CONNECT privileges.

This will force OBIEE to ignore that item in the join criteria, since there is no join. Set these levels on the column as well.
