Dec 31, 2009 · Noted with thanks. Noted, with thanks. It's a personal opinion, but I find both too abrupt and prefer the even shorter "Thank you" if brevity and courtesy are the goals. As a bonus annoyance, "Acknowledged" can't be beat for irritation.
