Nezumi (ネズミ) (Japanese), directly translated in the English versions to Rat (English), is a main character in the novels, manga, and anime of No.6. After coming across Shion when they were children, Nezumi would rescue him when they were both in danger from the city of No.6.

The story takes place in an ideal city known as "No. 6", where Shion, a boy raised in the elite and privileged environment of his home, gives shelter to another boy, who only goes by the name 'Nezumi', during the former's 12th birthday.

Nezumi translated as Rat in English is one of two main protagonists (the other being Shion) in the novels, manga, and anime franchise No.6. After coming across Shion when they were children, Nezumi would rescue him when they were both in danger from the city of No.6.

On September 7, 2013 in the city of No.6 Nezumi takes shelter from the storm by entering through the open window of a house. Finding a boy around his age his first reaction is to pin him against the wall by his neck telling him not to move.
