Ninghai County (simplified Chinese: 宁海县; traditional Chinese: 寧海縣; pinyin: Nínghǎi Xiàn; lit. 'peaceful sea') is a county under the administration of Ningbo, in the east of Zhejiang province, People's Republic of China.

Ninghai is located in the eastern coastal area of Zhejiang Province. It has a long history.
