For more than 20 years, local artist Nazia Wasif has experimented with a range of artistic mediums including painting, dyeing and block printing. Nazia is motivated by curiosity as the mediums that she works with are often very unpredictable.

My philosophy of art therapy is rooted in the belief that creative expression is a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Art therapy allows individuals to access emotions and experiences that are often unconcious and not articulated yet through words.
