NRMA - Not at fault claim - comp insurance - Car insurance
Aug 16, 2023 · In order to collect my car I paid the excess but still haven't heard from NRMA about determining the fault for the claim after two weeks. I've called their offshore call centre several time but they're pretty powerless and useless when it comes to assessing the claim or giving status update.
