Apr 26, 2020 · If your run doesn’t automatically appear there, open NRC app on your watch and you should see your unsynced run there. Keep your watch and phone in close proximity to each other, then on your phone refresh the Activity again while your watch is still in NRC app. The run should sync with your phone in less than a minute! Works for me every time!

Sep 10, 2021 · The app just suddenly stops tracking the distance mid run. This has happened twice now and it stopped at different distances. The timer, pace and BPM tracking works fine. I used the exercise app and I had no problems with it so the watch isn’t the problem. I prefer using the NRC app so I really want to get this fixed asap because I run everyday.

When I scroll down the list of apps on the watch, NRC no longer listed. But from my iPhone XR, under the Apple Watch app, I see that Nike Run Club is listed (see screen shot).
