Getting legal action messages from CRS regarding energy bills
Mar 22, 2019 · The debt stuff came from text messages that went straight to spam. No phone call or email, just straight up text message talking about legal action. I didn't even think the text was legit, I had to call Spark Energy customer service to confirm that it's safe to do the payment. Up until this point I didn't even know if mycrs was a real website.
