Mar 11, 2015 · If a mugen cylinder will make a cr comparable to a Yz or Ktm id pay 2500 for a new in box cylinder all day. Beats a 8,000 out the door 125 all day in my opinion. I was quoted 8300 for a Ktm 150. I can build an all titanium bolted, A kit suspension , mugen cylinder cr 125 for 6k and still have parts to resale in the future if needed.

Jun 2, 2016 · Turns out i was right - the Mugen gasket measures 1,02mm so when sueezed i guess it might be about 0,8-0,9mm making for a 1,1 squish which is about normal for Mugens. Mugens aren't compressed at all! Edited June 18, 2016 by nino

Nov 7, 2024 · I just got a similar head for Honda CR 125: enhanced cooling and the option to get them also without combustion chamber made gives you the possibility to machine it to your likings. However they are for standard Honda cylinders only. Not for Mugen though !! Mugen heads have 6 bolts unlike stock cylinders which have 5 bolts.
