Jeffrey Thamsanqa Radebe (born 18 February 1953) is a South African politician who was last appointed as Minister of Energy by Cyril Ramaphosa on 26 February 2018. He served in the government of South Africa as Minister in the Presidency from 2014 to 2018.

Mr Radebe was as a Radio journalist with Radio Freedom in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for two years. He further underwent military training with Umkhonto we Sizwe (MK), was arrested in Johannesburg and convicted under the Terrorism Act.

Mr Radebe was Minister of Public Works of the Republic of South Africa from 1994 to 16 June 1999. From 1998 to 2003, he was a member of the Business Trust and in 1998, he served as chairperson of the Nelson Mandela 80th birthday Committee.
