Mou Gou was a Great General of the Qin Military and leader of the Mou Gou Army. He was the father of Great General Mou Bu and the grandfather of Mou Ten and Mou Ki. He was known under the moniker "Haku Rou" before his death.

The Mou Gou Army was the Army led by Great General Mou Gou of Qin. After a string of defeats, General Mou Gou and his army were sent to suppress Kan Ki and his group of bandits who had gained notoriety inside Qins borders.

General Duke Hyou awakened Instincts of a Commander inside Shin in the current arc and his shield. General Mougou might be the least impressive of the bunch but beside Ouki I feel he pushed Shin into heights the furthest.
