The Mosquitoast is an insectoid foodimal species that is both predator and prey of the buttoad. Mosquitoasts, as their name implies, are based on mosquitoes. Their wings are slices of toast and they have raisins for eyes.

Buttoads are Foodimals that appear in the Breakfast Bog. While their primary meal is Mosquitoast, the Mosquitoast will feed on them as well. Once bitten by the Mosquitoast, they melt. Buttertoad looks like a small yellow toad.

Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 is a 2013 sequel to the 2009 film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. It is directed by newcomers Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn who worked on the previous film, and is written by John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein of Horrible Bosses fame. Phil Lord & Chris Miller also remain as executive producers.

Jan 4, 2021 · In Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2 (2013) the scene where the ‘mosquitoast’ flattens the butter, the butter says “parkay.” ‘Parkay’ is the name of an actual brand of butter first introduced in 1937 which features a little talking tub of Parkay margarine (still available today)
