The Dragon Set for Mordhau's DLC is a special armor inspired by real examples from the 1570s. It features an embossing technique filled with barroque ornaments. The helmet displays a figure of a dragon, embellished by fabulous peacock feathers.

Dec 11, 2019 · The Mordhau, also called "murder-stroke" is a technique that consists of grabbing the sword by the blade and hitting your enemy using the guard and pommel, like if it was a mace. It was usually used against armored targets, where cutting or stabbing was pretty much useless.

The Grotesque set is part of the first batch of Mordhau's DLC. The inspiration behind this one takes us back to the 1570s Italy where a renowned family of armor smiths led by Filippo Negroli set up a precedent in style; The idea was to make the wearer seem otherwordly, a creature from the depths perhaps.

The Crude set is a reimagination of the original Mordhau armor given to new players. This new set features a more grounded design, in line with the rest of the armors by Digital Coalition. Inspired by european foot troops from the late XVth century and also dark and gritty fantasy games such as the Souls saga.
