Dec 26, 2006 · Someone said walmart started carrying mopar atf +4 so if there is one near you they might have it. On the driver's side the top line is a transmission oil line then below it is a coolant hose, antifreeze, then there are the transmission oil cooler/return lines as well as lines for the power steering cooler.

May 6, 2008 · Castrol makes atf-4 fluid as does Valvoline and I believe Shell. The dealer charges way too much for their ATF-4. Years ago, you could only get it at a dealer. Now you have alternatives and it's much more reasonable price---like maybe $3 per quart compared to about $7 at a dealer. I So I could go w/da aftermarket stuff here then? Thanks EZ!

Aug 25, 2004 · IF any of the transmission fluid gets foamy (suspended air bubbles) the fluid loses some of its non-compressibility factor. Actions commanded by the valves are delayed and sluggish. It is my personal feeling that as long as you are using ATF+4 you are fine with 1 oz rather than 2. ATF+4 already has some anti-foam properties.

Mar 28, 2022 · Maybe I'm not the best to say, since i just replaced my entire setup at 94K and 20 years old (pump was changed by previous owner at 34k) but i would put mopar tensioner on there with a belt change, at the regular interval. My old tensioner pulley was a slight bit "ticky" when i examined. Not silky smooth like the new one.

For a replacement i ALWAYS recommend factory, and suprising enough the Mopar sensors arent bad price, but if for some reason you cant get one get a DENSO from autozone or advance, the factory sensors are Denso, DO NOT get a craptastic Bosch
