This year Hunters Concrete Moki $1000 competition will kick off at 3pm 9th November 2024 and will finish by 9am 10th November 2024. It is compulsory to get your entry in quick by completing the online entry here or by completing the manual entry form here .

The Moki 1000 would not run without Jenny and Andre Spackman working as the fine tuned machine behind the scenes. Thank you to the Feilding Surf Club for their volunteer workers and everyone else who stepped up and helped out.

Moki $1000 – The club hosts what has now become our annual Moki $1000 surfcasting competition held at Ngawi in the month of November. This competition is organised by the Feilding Surfcasting Club and is a well attended event as an overnight fish, with most competitors from the lower north island.

Mar 18, 2010 · Fish for the famous Blue Moki- average size for the area 1.5 - 4 kg with the chance of catching a 5-7 kg fish, a power house of a fish. Many of us travel north and support the comps up your way, so come on down south and support the Feilding Surfcasting Club who are also holding the 2012 Nationals.

Many of our members fish competitions for prizes throughout the north island, our club runs its own competition which is the MOKI $1000 held at Cape Palliser, this is an annual event for prizes held one weekend in November and is open to anyone to enter.
