If a student dies, and the school could be found at fault, UA might be shut down. That would be a pretty huge blow to the hero society. Even if there are plenty of viable hero schools in the country/world, the contender for #1 being shut down for failing to provide a safe environment would be crazy, and it would put all the other schools on edge.
