On 9 November 2020, a Russian Mil Mi-24 helicopter (NATO reporting name "Hind") was shot down by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces during the Second Nagorno-Karabakh War.

Cell phone video recorded on the cockpit of a Ukrainian Mi-24 shows an attack against Russian positions using an indirect fire technique. As explained previously in several other videos of this exact type, this fire technique involves firing the rockets along a known azimuth at their maximum range towards Russian lines.
