Master Grade SD (マスターグレードSD, Master Grade SD?), abbreviated MGSD, is a line of super-deformed Gunpla kits of the Mobile Suits from the Gundam franchise. The line was officially announced in September, 2022.

How big are the differences between building a MG Unicorn, a MG Ver.Ka Unicorn and a MGEX Unicorn? Ultimately, SD Gundams only come at a High Grade Size, so becoming 1/100 is a good idea. The SD line is only really going to get insane if they do Perfect Grade SDs.

All in all, Barbatos seemed smaller in size but bigger in features. They're definitely improving the line by leaps and bounds. I can't wait to see which MS will be next in this line. I think Unicorn would be the natural next step but if they don't do UC as per the trend, Exia could be next.

Looking at you PG, nothing new for 6 years other than two variants on pre-existing kits. It's neither going to be exia, unicorn,or aerial, because it's obvious that they are targeting overseas fans on MGSD line, which explains why the first release is freedom which is pretty popular in China.
